Conquering A State of Addiction

Today many of our family and friends have found themselves plunged into a horrific situation, as a result of drugs or other addictions. God commands us to reach people wherever they are. First Baptist Church of Sonora is planning an event to help do just that. The purpose of the “Conquering a State of Addiction” event is to help participants become more knowledgeable on the topic of addiction and the recovery process. We will address some of the issues brought on by addiction, and several rehabilitation representatives will be present. 

The details of the event are as follows: 

Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:05 p.m. 

Please share this information with your church family! Everyone is invited! 

Registration is $5 per person and will be available online, by mail, or at the door. Light refreshments provided  Please register in advance to help us prepare for the event.
